The Role

When you join this well-known Real Estate team in Aberdeen, you'll step into one of Scotland's most highly regarded practices, trusted by leading clients across the UK and internationally.

Based in Aberdeen, you'll be at the centre of a team that handles high-profile, complex and high-value property transactions across Scotland, offering you exposure to an exceptional breadth of work.

From day one, you'll work alongside renowned Real Estate Partners and Associates, gaining hands-on experience across investment, development, leasing, finance and property transactions.

This is more than just transactional work; it's about advising FTSE 100 companies, household-name brands, SMEs and financial institutions on matters that will shape Scotland's property market.

You'll be supported by a team that values collaboration, development and progression, with Partners who invest in your career and give you the autonomy to grow into a confident, well-rounded Real Estate specialist.

The Work
  • Advising landlords and tenants on complex commercial leasing matters.
  • Building client relationships with national and international businesses.
  • Drafting and negotiating sale and purchase agreements for a diverse client base.
  • Acting for financial lenders on property finance and borrowing transactions.
  • Supporting developers and investors on large-scale projects across Scotland.
  • Collaborating with senior colleagues to deliver commercially focused, practical advice.
Your Background
  • NQ-3 years' PQE, with experience in Real Estate.
  • Strong technical ability and enthusiasm for building a career in property law.
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills.
  • Confidence in working directly with clients and managing your own workload.
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Collaborative mindset, with a commitment to team and client success.
