Service Care Solutions is working with a highly regarded and growing firm, with offices in Buckinghamshire, which is looking to recruit an Associate or Senior Associate Solicitor to join their Real Estate team in Milton Keynes. You will be exposed to a large portfolio of business-owning clients and high-net-worth private clients, making this a varied and commercially focused role with excellent progression potential.

Role: Real Estate Associate / Senior Associate Solicitor
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £50,000 to £70,000
PQE: 5-10 years

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing your own Real Estate caseload while working collaboratively within the wider property team.
  • Supporting on larger and more complex transactions.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships as part of a growing department.
Experience & Requirements
  • Have 5 - 10 years of PQE in Real Estate law as a solicitor in England and Wales.
  • Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals.
  • Landlord and Tenant (negotiating new and renewal leases, ancillary documentation, 1954 Act applications and advising on implications of documentation).
  • Infrastructure agreements.
  • Property related construction documentation.
