Responsibilities

• Advise clients on new funds, focusing on tax efficiency.
• Perform tax due diligence and structuring analysis.
• Oversee wider tax areas including VAT and employment taxes.
• Lead large-scale, cross-border proposals.
• Draft and review high-quality technical analysis reports.
• Act as a technical specialist on UK real estate tax.
• Build financial models and fund flow analyses.
• Maintain strong standards in risk management and budget control.
