Our client, a leading full-service law firm with a top-tier reputation in Real Estate, is looking to hire two talented Associates (3-5 PQE) to join their growing London practice.

This firm is known for its exceptional client service, international reach and inclusive culture. Their clients span the alternative asset space, including private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, credit, and real estate, as well as listed companies, financial institutions and fast-growth businesses involved in complex UK and cross-border matters. The environment is collaborative, forward-thinking and built around helping Lawyers to achieve professional fulfilment, while delivering outstanding client outcomes.

You will be part of a Real Estate team which advises across the full lifecycle of Real Estate transactions, including:

• Development and investment projects
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Property finance
• Complex leasing, sales and acquisitions.

The team works with high-profile corporates and funds across a wide variety of asset classes; senior living, healthcare, retail, logistics, student accommodation, hotels, infrastructure and more. You will support and work directly with Partners, often taking a lead role in structuring, negotiating and documenting transactions.

Responsibilities

• Support and work directly with Partners in structuring, negotiating and documenting transactions
• Contribute to development, investment, leasing and property finance matters
• Engage in landlord and tenant matters and complex real estate projects

Requirements

• 3-5 years' PQE in Real Estate, acquired from a reputable law firm
• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Strong academic background
• Experience in one or more of: development, investment, leasing, or property finance
• A team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
