  • Investment and asset management work for national and regional property companies
  • Advisory work for educational institutions and local authorities
  • Agricultural matters, both contentious and non-contentious

You'll work on nationally significant projects, including large-scale residential developments and mixed-use schemes worth £50m+, while supporting clients across the private and public sectors.

Recent Highlights Include:

  • Advising on the promotion of over 250 acres of strategic land for 1,500+ residential units and supporting infrastructure
  • Acting for natural capital providers on offsite mitigation solutions
  • Managing high-profile asset management portfolios and estate restructurings
  • Supporting redevelopment and acquisition projects for education sector clients

You'll be a strong communicator, comfortable managing client relationships and confident working on complex transactions. A collaborative mindset and willingness to get involved in business development, legal updates, and team mentorship are essential.
