The firm approaches growth through deepening its expertise in core sectors and continues to deliver strong financials. The firm is seeking to recruit a Scottish or English (with experience of Scottish law) qualified lawyer from associate through to partner level for opportunities in its Commercial Property team. The firm acts for a range of clients including developers, utilities, landowners, communities and funders. Of particular interest is experience in acquisitions and sales, leasing, strategic land, property finance, construction or planning.
A candidate who has qualified as a solicitor in Scotland or England (with relevant Scottish experience) and is capable of acting across commercial property matters at associate through to partner level.
