• CI tools, e.g. CircleCI
• AWS
• Software engineering practices like BDD, TDD, Pair Programming etc.
• Learning from and passing knowledge to like‑minded and talented colleagues
• Node.js microservices
• React Native (or an interest in finding out more)
• Leading teams (either as a team lead, or informally)
• Interviewing and on‑boarding new team members.
