The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills, and experience in supply chain or production planning. This permanent position offers a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 along with 28 days of annual leave.

Are you a detail-oriented planner with a knack for keeping operations running smoothly? We’re looking for a proactive Raw Materials Planner to join our dynamic team and ensure our factory never misses a beat.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage timely ordering and delivery of raw materials aligned with production schedules.
  • Collaborate with Intake, Production, and Procurement teams to prevent stock-outs.
  • Build strong supplier relationships and handle import documentation.
  • Participate in planning meetings, flagging supply risks and suggesting solutions.
  • Maintain accurate pricing and stock data across systems.
  • Deputise for Planning and Procurement Manager and Production Planner when needed.
What You’ll Bring
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Experience in supply chain, procurement, or production planning is a plus.
  • Previous experience working with stock and material planning.
  • Computer literate with experience of Microsoft applications, in particular Excel (with the ability to create lookups, pivot tables etc).
  • Good time management and the ability to sort through tasks in a timely manner.
  • Communication skills, written and verbal to effectively distribute information within the business, as well as customers and suppliers who may be visiting site.
  • A fast learner who can pick up information about the products they see daily, and of the products developed on site.
