Rainscreen Cladding – Specification Sales Manager
Role

You’ll take ownership of a defined region across the South East, with particular emphasis on the M25 corridor. Key responsibilities include:

  • Winning specifications with architects and following projects through the main and sub-contractor process
  • Selling a premium range of aluminium, stone, glass, ceramic, and terracotta rainscreen cladding systems
  • Working a mix of warm leads and new business development
  • Managing complex, long-cycle sales with multiple stakeholders
  • While the role is specification-led, there is flexibility to focus on contractor relationships if that suits your background.
