Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager for a 3-month contract based in Bishop's Stortford, with pay rates ranging from £230 per day (PAYE) to £305.44 (umbrella). Qualifications

  • Full Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the facilities management helpdesk and maintenance contractors.
  • Ensure property contract management meets standards.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety policies.
  • Project manage small projects with stakeholder updates.
  • Support asset management analysis and optimization.
