• Knowledge of the Railway infrastructure and rail plant.
• Proven ability to manage excellent customer relationships.
• Experience in staff development and motivation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the depot and all services provided.
• Support the Regional Operations manager.
• Ensure profitability and budget targets are achieved.

Skills

Experienced manager of resources

Knowledge of Railway Infrastructure

Knowledge in mechanical and electrical engineering

Knowledge of Microsoft applications

Health/Safety/Environmental Management

Knowledge of budgeting/cost control processes

Clean Driving license

Education

City & Guilds / NVQ level 3 in mechanical and/or electrical engineering

Business Studies Diploma or equivalent

IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent
