Qualifications

• HNC or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Electric Multiple Unit systems.
• Ability to resolve electrical and mechanical engineering issues.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key interface between customer control room staff and technical support.
• Monitor live data using ORBITA and AVIS.
• Investigate failures using diagnostic tools.
