A leading NHS Trust in Bath is looking for a part-time Radiology Nurse to support the team in the recovery area and assist during procedures. The ideal candidate will be a registered adult nurse with experience in radiology, committed to providing high-quality patient care. To work according to the Nursing and Midwifery Code of Professional Conduct and relevant professional guidelines to provide a high standard of patient care using a flexible patient centred care approach.
Radiology department at the Royal United Hospital is looking for a band 5 Radiology Nurse on a part time post to support the team in our recovery area, admission of patients undergoing interventional procedures and assisting Interventional Radiologists. The successful candidate could upskill to manage airways of sedated patients undergoing certain Interventional procedures.
Post holder will work alongside with the Radiologist, radiographers, radiology nurses and multidisciplinary team members in monitoring and maintaining policies, standards of nursing, patients care and staff development, as part of the perioperative team.
Provide high quality nursing care showing evidence of the specialist skills and knowledge that will enable you to deliver to patients pre, peri and post diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures.
