Quest Apprenticeship – Management Consultant - Level 4

This apprenticeship is suitable for colleagues who are involved in business improvement and in a position to influence change with GWR. You will need to be working towards and achieve the following job role requirements before End Point Assessment:
Youll achieve the Level 4 Junior Management Consultant apprenticeship whilst developing your ability to lead individuals and teams to success, learning techniques to assess current and future team capabilities, including the role of recruitment, selection and staff development. You will understand your own organisation in the wider context and learn how you can help make valuable changes.
The 15-month programme will be delivered by Ofsted Outstanding Exeter College through a mix of online and some face-to-face sessions. This will provide continuous support and development for each learner and facilitate effective learner progress. You will be required to be released for study two days a month and you will have planned eight weekly reviews with your Skills Officer to discuss progress and on programme support. You should also expect to undertake some study in your own time. You will be allocated a GWR mentor to support your learning journey.
FunctionalSkills for maths and English are no longer mandatory, however can be undertaken with line manager agreement. Exeter College will continue to offer support where needed with maths and English throughout the apprenticeship.
