Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in Estimating/Quantity Surveying within a main contracting environment.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating initiative.

Responsibilities

• Analyse construction drawings and specifications to identify requirements.
• Prepare enquiry documents and source material and subcontractor quotations.
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure project budgets are met.
• Complete monthly subcontractor valuations and submit final accounts.
• Liaise with clients to agree on rates/variations and provide cost analysis.
