A leading contractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their Capital Works division in Cheltenham. You'll take full commercial responsibility for projects up to £3m, manage budgets, and prepare tenders and valuations. Quantity Surveyor – Planned Works / Refurbishment - Social Housing

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading contractor with a new long-term local authority contract. They are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their Capital Works division. You’ll work closely with the operational team, taking full commercial responsibility for projects up to £3m in value, ensuring successful delivery from tender stage through to final valuation.
