Teesside, Northeast UK (Commutable from Middlesbrough, Darlington, Newton Aycliffe, Hartlepool)

£50,000 - £60,000 + Hybrid Working + Progression + Training + Company Benefits

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to join a global Construction and Oil & Gas consultancy, with the opportunity to progress your career while enjoying excellent work life balance and hybrid working?

In this role you will be based at the Darlington office with the flexibility of hybrid working. Responsibilities include preparing detailed budget estimates and cost plans, producing bills of quantities, tender documents and evaluations, compiling reports, and delivering effective cost management across a range of contracts.

The Role:
  • Quantity Surveying for Construction, Oil & Gas and Offshore projects
  • Preparing estimates, cost plans and tender evaluations
  • 37 hour working week, Tue-Thrs in office with Mon & Fri WFH
The Person:
  • Minimum 3-5 years' Quantity Surveying experience
  • Background in Construction, Oil & Gas or Offshore projects
  • Strong negotiation skills
