Your new company is a Tier One Contractor that has been awarded a contract to construct and refurbish public buildings on framework contracts. The base is in Hampshire and the sites are across the South and South West, including a government project in Somerset.
Your new role is to support the commercial team in the early stages of two projects: one for DWP and one for the MOJ.
What you'll need to succeed is previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor working for Tier One Contractors on public buildings.
What you'll get in return is a freelance agency contract paying a daily rate of £400 to £450 to be paid via the Umbrella Ltd method. Expenses would be paid for travel to a site in Somerset.
