Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a Quality Manager or Senior Quality role within FMCG or food manufacturing.
  • Strong working knowledge of HACCP, BRC, and food safety legislation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the site’s Quality and Food Safety systems.
  • Maintain compliance with BRC, customer, and internal audit standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement within Quality systems and production processes.
  • Develop and lead the site HACCP team and ensure policies are updated.
  • Work closely with Operations and Technical teams to ensure products meet quality expectations.
  • Conduct internal audits and lead external audit preparations.
  • Train, mentor and support the Quality team to deliver against KPIs.
