Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting SHE audits and inspections to ensure full compliance with all regulations.
  • Implementing and monitoring the Health and Safety at Excavations in the Water Industry (HASEMP) framework to mitigate risks associated with excavations.
  • Working closely with project teams to proactively identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Performing regular inspections of materials, construction methods, and project documentation.
  • Maintaining meticulous records of all inspections and audits.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Quality Inspector on water treatment or similar heavy civils projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes.
  • Demonstrable experience with the HASEMP framework and its application in a live project environment.
  • Excellent understanding of SHEQ standards and the ability to conduct effective SHE audits.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in civil engineering or quality management are a plus.
