Vehicle Quality Inspector

Department: Vehicle Manufacturing
Location: Halewood, Liverpool (Onsite, Fulltime)
Shift Pattern: 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm / 10pm - 6am
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Quality Inspector to work with one of our prestigious vehicle manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Join the vehicle production team
• Inspect and approve incoming vehicle parts
• Work in accordance with the statement of work and specifications
• Ensure all visual measurements and matching requirements to the best level
• Approve all parts that have been inspected to be progressed
• Return products for re‑working requirements
• Report all defects and repairs or rework conducted

Requirements

• Experience within the automotive vehicle manufacturing industry
• Experience working in a busy, fast‑paced environment
• Experience conducting quality vehicle inspections
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experienced in using reporting quality tools
• Good communication skills, teamwork abilities and initiative
• Adhering to all company standard operating procedures
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures
• Working according to the company quality and housekeeping standards
• Must have Hi‑Vis and safety footwear
• Clean UK or equivalent driving licence
