Job summary

A leading fueling solutions provider is seeking a Quality Inspection Supervisor in Dundee to manage a quality inspection team. This role focuses on ensuring quality standards are met and managing team performance. Applicants should have experience in team management and a background in continuous improvement or lean manufacturing. The position requires fluency in English and strong problem-solving skills, with a preference for technical qualifications. This is a full-time, onsite role with no hybrid opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a continuous improvement/lean manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings or willingness to learn.
• Understanding of GD&T or capability to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage the quality inspection team to ensure objectives are met efficiently.
• Supervise and evaluate product quality and inspection results.
• Set department objectives and assess performance of direct reports.
• Promote high standards and ensure safety and compliance.
• Plan and implement quality improvement programs using lean tools.
