Commutable from Radstock, Midsomer Norton, Bath, Bristol, Trowbridge, Frome, Shepton Mallet, Westbury, and surrounding areas

Are you from a CNC, Quality Engineering or inspection background looking to take the next step in your career through full training and support to become a highly skilled Quality Engineer / Manager, gaining further responsibility and leading a small team within a well-respected family run business, allowing you full autonomy to put your own stamp on the role?

This company is a family run organisation that has been established for more than 70 years, specialising in the manufacture of bespoke products for clients across the UK.

On offer is a role with fantastic progression, where you will be split 50/50 between managing 4 direct reports of Quality Engineers / Inspectors, and leading and improving Quality processes within the business.

Role

Monday - Friday, 39 hours (flexible hours)

Managing of Quality processes and improvements

Managing a team of 4 direct reports

  • Engineering or manufacturing background
  • Quality or Inspection experience
  • CNC candidates wanting to train into quality encouraged to apply
