Job description

We're working with a specialist engineering organisation that designs and builds technically complex products used in demanding, real-world applications. Quality sits at the heart of the business, and they're now looking to bring in a Quality Engineer to strengthen on-site support across production, test and delivery.

This is an on-site role for someone who enjoys being close to the product working with engineers, technicians and operations to ensure quality is built in, not inspected in at the end.

Responsibilities

• Supporting quality activities across manufacturing.
• Helping define and improve inspection and quality control methods
• Supporting root cause analysis, corrective actions and continuous improvement
• Contributing to internal audits and quality system activities
• Supporting product documentation, traceability and release
• Working closely with engineering and operations on site to resolve issues quickly and practically
