As an IMS Coordinator, you’ll support the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of our Integrated Management System, covering Quality (ISO 9001), Environmental (ISO 14001), and Health & Safety (ISO 45001) standards. You’ll work closely with managers across these areas to ensure compliance, documentation control, and smooth audit processes. If you enjoy detail-oriented work and want to make a real impact on operational excellence, this role is for you.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • A diploma or degree in Quality Management, Environmental Science, Health & Safety, or similar.
  • Experience supporting ISO 9001, 14001, or 45001 systems (manufacturing experience is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and a proactive approach.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office and document management systems.

Internal Auditor qualification and NEBOSH or equivalent training.
