Overview

Quality Assurance Manager – Electromechanical Engineering. This company is a proven provider of automated test and measurement solutions with over 35 years of experience in the defence, aerospace, medical, rail, automotive, power and industrial electronics markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 5.
• Implement and develop practices to achieve excellent quality.
• Lead new projects and capture all quality and customer requirements.
• Establish and implement necessary communication for quality issues across the company and introduce changes.
• Monitor and track quality performance and provide data and reports, working towards KPIs and quality excellence.
• Aid supplier quality to incorporate processes.
• Conduct final QA inspection, either independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in electromechanical engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• Formal qualification in engineering is desired but not essential.
