Job title : Quality Assurance Manager

Location : East Grinstead

Due to our consistent growth over the last few years, and to continue to keep pushing forward, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join the team , to be based out of our office in East Grinstead.

Purpose of the Role

To lead and manage the Quality Assurance function across the Hub, driving consistent quality standards, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement. The role ensures adherence to Group policies, FCA requirements and best practice, while supporting operational teams to improve client outcomes, colleague capability and risk management.

The QA Manager combines leadership, technical oversight and governance responsibility, with full ownership of the regional QA framework and outputs.

Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance Leadership
  • Lead and manage the Hub’s QA team, ensuring delivery against agreed standards and objectives.
  • Own and oversee the Hub’s QA process, ensuring consistency with Group expectations and “My Compliance” requirements.
  • Act as the primary QA point of contact for the Hub MD and Regional QA Lead.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Oversee day-to-day QA operations, ensuring efficiency, quality and consistency.
  • Set clear objectives, conduct performance reviews and manage accountability.
  • Coach, mentor and develop QA colleagues to build capability and progression.
  • Champion teammate engagement, wellbeing and open communication to drive retention and performance.
Risk, Governance & Compliance
  • Ensure all QA activity complies with FCA regulation, legal obligations and internal governance frameworks.
  • Proactively identify, assess and mitigate operational, regulatory and reputational risks.
  • Maintain oversight of regulatory returns, insurer audits, complaints MI and root cause analysis, breach and risk register, CIO checks, introducer, AR and IAR QA checks.
Continuous Improvement & Best Practice
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Hub and region.
  • Support delivery of the Retail Broker Toolkit and QA-related training programmes.
