Responsibilities

• Design and manage systems to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Deliver quality monitoring tasks to ensure high fidelity scores.
• Support CMS implementation and monitor stakeholder needs.
• Record and report findings, providing necessary support.
• Embed IPS and SEQF fidelity by coaching staff.
• Prepare and check contractual reports for clients.
• Lead preparations for contractual audits.
• Act as Safeguarding lead.

Skills

Quality and compliance understanding of IPS and SEQF

Previous audit experience

Experience of feeding back findings

Experience of working to contractually defined targets

Proven track record of achieving quality

Skilled in understanding contractual requirements

Managing and delivering workload independently

Developing and maintaining process documentation

Ability to manipulate Microsoft Excel data
