Overview

Lead and support quality assurance systems that drive customer feedback, audit functions, and continuous improvement across children's services. You'll play a key part in shaping services, commissioning, and workforce development in Hull's social care, early help, learning & skills, and SEND sectors.

What You'll Do

• Lead audits, dip sampling & bespoke reviews across CYPFS
• Analyze practice and support best-quality, effective practice
• Manage Quality Assurance Improvement Officer to deliver timely, accurate data reports
• Support Senior Leadership Team to maintain high practice standards
• Drive continuous improvement in Children’s Services outcomes
