Job summary

This role ensures compliance, traceability, and process integrity across the full product lifecycle—from design through manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain QA processes aligned with aerospace and IC industry standards
• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers
• Ensure end-to-end traceability across architecture, design, and manufacturing
• Conduct internal and external quality audits
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subcontractors to uphold quality standards
• Drive continuous improvement and root cause analysis for quality issues

Experience

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field
• Strong commercial QA experience in IC development, ideally within aerospace or mixed-signal domains
• Strong knowledge of VLSI flows and industry quality standards
• Experience with configuration management, documentation control, and audit preparation
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
