A dedicated employment support organization in the UK is looking for a Quality Administrator to assist Employment Advisors and Trainers in delivering quality vocational training programs. Role: Quality Administrator
Salary: £25,000 per annum, pro rata
Contract type: Permanent
Working hours: Part time, 3 days per week
Location: Remote working – occasional travel may be required between Scunthorpe, DN15 & Grimsby, DN31

Join our team as a Quality Administrator and play a key role in supporting Employment Advisors and Trainers to deliver top-quality employability and vocational training programmes. You’ll provide excellent customer service, manage participant data across multiple systems, assist with training preparation, registration, attendance tracking, and course evaluations, and liaise with employers to evidence participant progression.
We’re looking for someone with exceptional organisational skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work in line with programme requirements and company policies.
