Community Mental Health Team
Location: North West
Paying £30 per hour

We are looking for experienced and passionate Social Workers to join the Community Mental Health Team. Ideally, candidates should have 2-3 years’ experience within Adults Social Care. The role involves working in both office-based settings and visiting clients in hospitals and their homes. Experience with mental health, report writing, attending Mental Health Tribunals, and knowledge of WCCIS are advantageous. The role supports delivering person-centered, safe, and effective social care services, making assessments, and establishing relationships with service users and agencies.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Registered with Social Work England
• Experienced with children and families, including vulnerable groups
• Familiar with Court, Children in Need, and Child Protection procedures
• Skilled in Child & Family Assessments and direct work with children and families
• Keen on continuous improvement and high-quality service delivery
• Capable of mediation and negotiation
• Experienced in multidisciplinary, interagency work
• 2+ years qualified

In this role, you will:
