About the role

Education Development Trust is seeking a dedicated Careers Adviser to deliver high-quality CEIAG to students in a school and college setting in Brixton (London Borough of Lambeth). You’ll support the Careers Lead in meeting Gatsby Benchmarks, provide one-to-one and group guidance, and maintain CEIAG Google Classrooms with up-to-date LMI.

The role is 15 days (7.4 hours per day) in term time only between January – July 2026

Requirements
  • Level 6 CIAG qualification (Level 4 considered but will be reflected in salary)
  • Experience working with young people (preferably in education)
  • Strong knowledge of education, employment, and training pathways
  • Ability to engage students with SEND and from disadvantaged backgrounds
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

Please note that we are unable to offer sponsorship for this position. Candidates must already have the right to work in the UK at the time of application.
