Overview

QSHE Co-ordinator – Birmingham or London, £32,000 - £35,000 (Permanent).

An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic QSHE team within a leading facilities management organisation. This role supports the QSHE Director and wider team with a variety of administrative and health & safety-related tasks, contributing to the smooth mobilisation of new contracts and the effective use of specialist QSHE systems. Based in either Birmingham or London, with occasional travel to other offices and sites.

Responsibilities
  • Managing key systems.
  • Supporting contract mobilisations by creating logbooks, ordering PPE, and preparing QSHE documentation.
  • Administering the document change request process and COSHH management system (SYPOL).
  • Producing reports and statistics for the QSHE Director.
  • Providing general administrative support to the QSHE team, including diary management, ordering supplies, and minute-taking.
  • Liaising with operational teams to ensure consistency in QSHE documentation and procedures.
  • Attending training and travelling to other offices/contracts as required.
