Join one of the UK's leading independent studios, known for IPs such as Sniper Elite, Zombie Army and Atomfall.

The QA Analyst position focuses on testing games and applications across multiple platforms in accordance with established test plans. You will craft succinct bug reports with supporting information and deliver thoughtful analysis. As part of the QA team, you will contribute to quality assurance for all of Rebellion\'s titles.

  • Document problems accurately with reproduction steps and conditions to help the development team fix issues.
  • Create and maintain test cases and scenarios based on the game design and requirements.
  • Test across multiple platforms (consoles, PC, mobile) and various hardware configurations to ensure compatibility and performance.
  • Collaborate with Senior Analysts, Leads and other team members. Report bugs, provide feedback and contribute to quality improvements.
  • Maintain detailed records of testing activities, including test plans, results and issues encountered.
  • Provide feedback on gameplay mechanics, UI and user experience to help shape the final product.
  • Follow established testing methodologies, best practices and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of software testing methodologies
  • Strong experience with bug tracking and testing tools (Jira/Redmine, TestRail/TestLink, Confluence/Wiki.js)
  • Professional experience testing current-generation consoles and PC platforms
  • Thorough understanding of different game genres, mechanics and platforms
  • Strong analytical skills to identify patterns, reproduce issues and troubleshoot effectively
  • Ability to work closely with developers, designers and other team members as required
  • Effective time management to meet deadlines in a fast-paced game development environment; able to prioritise tasks and communicate delays
  • Adaptability to changing requirements, new tools and technologies; willingness to learn and stay updated with industry trends

Benefits:

  • 22 days holidays + Christmas closure (typically 4 days) & Bank holidays; increases with service up to 31 days
  • Private Medical Insurance, healthcare cash plan (including dental and vision)
  • Life Assurance, Income Protection & Critical Illness Cover
