We’re hiring Full Stack Python / React Developers to join a mission‑led consultancy delivering modern software solutions to clients in the UK Government and Defence sector. You’ll be part of a high‑trust, agile team developing secure, scalable systems and progressive web apps that make a real difference.

What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll join a small, high‑performing delivery team, using agile and DevOps approaches to build innovative solutions across the full stack.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and test secure software systems using Python and React.
  • Build scalable APIs and data pipelines using modern architecture principles.
  • Leverage open‑source libraries, GitLab CI / CD, and infrastructure‑as‑code.
  • Deploy to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and private cloud)
  • Contribute across the full development lifecycle from requirements to delivery and beyond.
