Overview

Marc Daniels Recruitment is currently seeking an immediately available Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a well-established company based in High Wycombe on a 6-month contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong purchase ledger experience to join a fast-paced finance team and make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities

• Processing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
• Handling supplier queries promptly and professionally
• Supporting month-end closing activities
• Assisting with ad hoc finance tasks as required

Requirements

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger role
• D365 experience beneficial but not essential - full training will be provided
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
• Must be immediately available or on a very short notice period
