Job description

We are always looking for exceptional individuals to join our multinational group of talented professionals and right now we are seeking to recruit a motivated and talented Purchase Ledger Clerk for a 3-month fixed-term contract.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our Finance Team across all three Megger companies, ensuring the smooth running of the accounts payable function and providing vital support to the wider business.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely entry of purchase ledger invoices.
• Supplier statement reconciliation.
• Checking and processing credit card returns, cash expenses, and overseas banking.
• Providing banking support including cash allocations.
• Assisting in preparing payment runs and other ad hoc duties as required.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Experience using SAP (advantageous).
• Strong background in high-volume processing environments.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and a team player.
