Blue Legal has partnered with one of the City’s most prestigious international law firms to find an enthusiastic and driven PR Assistant to join their growing PR team in London. The PR Assistant will play a key role in the daily activities of the Global PR team, including organizing and managing key contacts, internal updates, and briefings. This position is ideal for someone with a few years of experience looking to advance their PR career in the legal sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Track all global press activity in the team tracker.
  • Ensure activity information is accurate and updated, including data from PR agencies.
  • Produce activity reports as needed.
  • Create daily email updates for the global PR team with media mentions from the previous day.
  • Prepare media briefing notes for upcoming interviews.
  • Coordinate contributions and update PR documents for agencies.
  • Manage administrative aspects of byline articles and reprint rights.
  • Maintain the firm’s target media lists.
  • Update PR team spaces on the internal network.
  • Assist with research and other projects as requested by the PR team.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or English.
  • Experience in PR or communications is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
