A local government council in England seeks a Public Health Intelligence Analyst to lead public health business intelligence efforts. This role involves producing statistical reports, managing health datasets, and communicating findings effectively. A degree with significant statistical content and experience in public health analysis is required. The council promotes flexible working arrangements to support its employees. Ideal candidates will possess strong statistical and communication skills and knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau.
To deliver public health business intelligence for Leicestershire County Council and for Rutland County. Working towards the objectives of improving the health of the population and reducing health inequalities, as set out in the Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy and Public Health Strategy. To take the lead in delivering elements of the public health team business intelligence work plan and in leading delivery of JSNA Theme Data Topics, particularly for Rutland County. To produce and develop a range of statistical information, reports and dashboards to support the Business Intelligence Service in promoting evidence based decision making. To provide senior analyst level intelligence and support for the Health and Wellbeing Boards within Leicestershire County Council and Rutland County Council., We are keen to support employees to balance their working life with other commitments.
