An educational recruitment agency in Birmingham is seeking a Psychology Graduate to work as a SEN Teaching Assistant. In this full-time role, you will provide valuable support to pupils with special educational needs in an outstanding school setting. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a passion for inclusive education. The position offers experience in a well-resourced environment with training support, and a pathway to a permanent contract within the education sector.
Location: Birmingham (North)
Contract: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm
Salary: £1,200–£1,500 per month
Ideal Background: Psychology, SEMH, Behaviour Support (desirable)

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with an Outstanding-rated Special Educational Needs school in Birmingham (North), supporting pupils aged 7–18 with a range of complex needs, including Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH), Autism, and other SEN.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
