Job description

We are looking for two motivated Protection Advisors to join a successful and growing financial services organisation in Colchester.

You will be responsible for:

• Speaking with clients and undertaking in-depth reviews of their financial / protection circumstances
• Analyse information and prepare plans best suited to individual client requirements
• Keep up to date with the marketplace, new legislation and products etc
• Help clients make informed decisions

Experience:

• Candidates need to come from a financial services / banking / insurance background and have experience of offering advice or selling protection / insurance / mortgage based products.
• Ideally candidates will be professionally qualified, although not essential.
• You will be highly motivated and able to thrive in a busy environment.

In return candidates can expect to receive a competitive basic salary of £25-30k as well as an excellent commission structure.
