An opportunity has arisen for a Property Valuer / Property Lister with at least 6 months of valuation experience to join a reputable estate agency specializing in residential sales, lettings, land, new home development, and mortgage services.

As a Property Valuer / Property Lister, you will advise clients, value properties, and secure instructions to help achieve optimal sale prices.

This full-time role offers benefits, a basic salary of £23,000 with OTE of £40,000, plus a £2,500 car allowance.

Responsibilities
  1. Providing tailored advice to vendors to maximize property value
  2. Conducting valuations and converting them into instructions
  3. Identifying new business opportunities and building long-term client relationships
  4. Staying updated with local property market trends
  5. Matching buyers with suitable properties
  6. Supporting branch operations to enhance performance and profitability
  7. Assisting in team motivation and contributing to meetings in the absence of the Branch Manager
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience as a Property Valuer, Property Lister, Estate Agent, or in a similar role with at least 6 months of valuation and listing experience
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients
  • Confident communicator with influencing skills
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales process
