We’re looking for someone who can bring clarity and structure to our property and infrastructure systems, supporting both our seasonal workforce and wider business needs.

This role is central to ensuring our accommodation, facilities, and property data are accurate, compliant, and ready for all our people.

What You’ll Do:
  • Maintain and update master data for all accommodation sites and property assets, including beds, amenities, facilities, and measurements.
  • Develop and manage systems for tracking accommodation and property capacity, utilisation, and compliance.
  • Support the planning and delivery of infrastructure projects aligned with seasonal workforce demand and long‑term business strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (Councils, Accommodation Providers, Auditors) to ensure all sites meet regulatory standards and future needs.
  • Document processes and maintain accurate records for audits, consents, and compliance certificates.
  • Provide data insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and operational decisions.
  • Lead the preparation and submission of self‑audits and proactively manage maintenance and compliance schedules.
