A leading Yorkshire law firm is seeking a talented Real Estate Solicitor to join its highly regarded team in Bradford.

The Real Estate team acts for a wide range of clients including developers, investors, landlords, tenants and financial institutions, offering exposure to high-quality and varied work.

The Role

You’ll handle a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
• Landlord and tenant work (leases, renewals, assignments, surrenders)
• Development projects and investment transactions
• Supporting corporate colleagues on property aspects of business sales and acquisitions

You’ll be encouraged to develop client relationships and take ownership of matters with support from experienced partners and a collaborative team.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE in commercial property
• Confident managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
