A leading property management firm in Greater London seeks a Property Services Manager to oversee delivery of services for ex-service personnel. Responsibilities include managing repairs, ensuring health & safety compliance, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Ideal candidates will have strong property management experience and a customer-focused approach. Competitive salary package offered.
Salary - £50,000
6 Month contract
Working Hours - Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

Responsible to the Heads of Property for providing management of property services. For ensuring the delivery of an excellent customer-focused property management service to ex-service personnel and their dependents and maintaining high levels of satisfaction. Ensuring that all the housing schemes are maintained at the high standard that the residents expect, all health and safety at the housing schemes is effectively managed and delivered in line with the clients Health & Safety Management system.
To manage day-to-day property services expenditure in line with the budget. To ensure close working with the other teams.
