Property Manager

Property Manager / Leading Block Property Business / St Neots / Training Provided

Are you a proven property professional seeking a career in block management with a leading company?

Our leading client in block and real estate management is seeking a Property Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Based in St Neots, you will support the local property portfolio, ensuring clients receive excellent service.

  • Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Key Duties:
  • Manage property portfolios in compliance with regulations
  • Handle client inquiries via phone and email, taking appropriate actions
  • Attend client meetings and conduct regular site visits
  • Oversee contractor performance and maintenance issues
  • Prepare and monitor budgets
  • Manage building compliance and Section 20 processes
  • Collaborate with internal departments to maintain clean, safe, and pleasant environments for residents
Experience Required:
  • Experience in property, housing, or related sectors
  • First-class customer service skills
  • Proficiency in IT, including CRM and MS Office applications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle pressure
  • Good literacy and numerical skills
  • Keen to develop a career in estates management
