Property Manager

This is a full-time, permanent position. Located in Neoworx, The Quadrant, Poyernook Road, Aberdeen , AB11 5XQ. You’ll enjoy a standard workweek of 35 hours, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. The salary is £23,000‑£26,000, dependant on 12 months related Property Manager experience, with use of company pool car.

What the job involves for a Property Manager:
  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring high standards and value for landlords and tenants
  • Conduct property inspections, including interim checks and final checkouts
  • Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants through regular communication and support
  • Resolve issues and complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining tenant satisfaction
  • Ensure legal compliance across your portfolio in coordination with the compliance team
  • Collaborate with third-party suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth property operations
  • Monitor rent accounts and assist with financial queries relating to your portfolio
We're looking for individuals with qualities such as:
  • Experience in property management or a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills
  • Confidence in managing conflict and resolving issues effectively
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, a full UK driving licence, and the legal right to work in the UK
