A well-established firm is urgently seeking an experienced Locum Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor following the unexpected departure of a team member. The firm has reviewed several CVs to date but is yet to identify a suitably experienced candidate and is keen to move quickly.
The locum will manage a mixed caseload of approximately 70–80 files, with a 60/40 split between residential and commercial property matters. This is a senior-level assignment requiring someone confident running files independently and supporting the wider property team.
