What makes this role stand out?

You will manage a diverse and challenging caseload, including commercial landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, dilapidations claims, and contentious development land matters. Your expertise will extend into dynamic sectors like energy and renewables, handling complex land rights and enforcement issues.

You'll also collaborate with a specialist team tackling property trust disputes under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (TOLATA), working alongside market-leading experts to deliver clear, pragmatic solutions for clients.

Your impact

• Advise and support a wide range of high-profile clients, including major commercial property owners, investors, developers, and key players in transport and renewables.
• Confidently handle everything from lease renewals and break notices to service charge disputes and forfeiture claims.
• Navigate intricate property disputes involving easements, restrictive covenants, and trespass to protect client interests.
• Build your reputation and client base by working closely with senior partners and the national team, receiving dedicated mentorship along the way.
• Play a key role in shaping the growth of our new Bristol office through business development and networking initiatives.
